Shipping Policy

At Strobaa, we are committed to providing you with the best possible shipping experience, no matter where you are. We ship to customers worldwide daily, prioritizing speed, reliability, and excellent customer service at every step of your order’s journey.

Delivery Times

As your products come from various locations around the globe, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in multiple packages. Delivery times are divided into two stages:

  • Processing Time: This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. All orders are dispatched to our warehouse for shipping within 6 hours of being placed and are processed within 2-3 business day.

  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for your items to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

    • EU: 3-6 business days
    • UK & AU: 3-9 business days
    • US/CA & Other Countries: 7-12 business days

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you email notifications with delivery updates at each stage of your order’s journey. You will also receive final tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse. To check the status of your shipment at any time, visit our "Track Your Order" page.

Absent Recipient

Each shipment includes two delivery attempts and 7 days of storage at no additional charge. After 7 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse. If a refund is requested, return shipping and any applicable customs fees will be deducted. Alternatively, you may opt to reship the order, covering the cost of the new delivery and any related fees.

Incomplete or Incorrect Delivery Address

If the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, no additional delivery attempts will be made at no charge. The shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In the event of a refund, return shipping and customs fees will be deducted. If you'd like us to attempt delivery again, please contact us to arrange for new shipping, with associated costs covered by the customer.

Custom Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Italy may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. As per Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place), the recipient is responsible for all customs-related costs. Strobaa is not liable for any taxes or duties applied upon delivery, and we encourage customers to contact local authorities for information on these charges before placing an order.

Additional Information

  • If you update your address with your local post office directly, Strobaa cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages. Any address changes must be communicated to us directly through our customer care team before shipment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
